Need replacement part for Xbox 360 DDR?

My friend lost her plug “wire to connect your Xbox 360 to your carpet DDR Xbox. Pat is a plastic (not metal one) and can not play now, because you can not connect. I do not know what the piece is so I can not look online for a replacement. Can anyone tell me what this piece is called and how they could find one?
In the back of the box says the game supports 2-4 players co-op, but I can not find a way to get more than 2 players to play at the same time, any help would be greatly appreciated!
